隔药灸对感音神经性耳聋患者血液流变学的影响

Impacts of Isolated Medicinal Moxibustion on Hemorrheology in the Patients with Sensorineural Hearing Loss

目的分析隔药灸对感音神经性耳聋患者血液流变学的影响。方法将60例感音神经性耳聋患者随机分为两组,观察组30例用隔药灸治疗,对照组30例用静脉滴注加肌肉注射等药物治疗,2周为1个疗程,1个疗程后观察比较两组的疗效及血液流变学指标的变化。结果观察组和对照组治疗前血液流变学各项检测指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组治疗前后血液流变学各项检测指标比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);而对照组治疗前后血液流变学各项检测指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后观察组和对照组血液流变学各项检测指标比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组和对照组痊愈率分别为63.33%、16.67%,总有效率分别为100.00%、60.00%,两组痊愈率及总有效率比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论感音神经性耳聋患者存在血液流变学异常,隔药灸能改善其血液流变学状况,进而增强其疗效。

Objective To analyze the impacts of isolated medicinal moxibustion on hemorrheology in the patients with sensorineural hearing loss（SNHL）.Methods 60 cases of SNHL were randomized into two groups.In observation group（30 cases）,isolated medicinal moxibustion was applied.In control group（30 cases）,medication therapy of intravenous drip and intramuscular injection was used.The treatment of 2 weeks made 1 session.After 1 session of treatment,the efficacy and changes in hemorrheologic indexes were compared between two groups.Results The differences were not significant statistically in comparison of hemorrheologic indexes before treatment between observation group and control group（P〉0.05）.The differences were significant statistically in comparison of hemorrheologic indexes before and after treatment in treatment group（P〈0.05）.The differences were not significant statistically in comparison of hemorrheologic indexes before and after treatment in control group（P〉0.05）.The differences were significant statistically in comparison of hemorrheologic indexes after treatment between observation group and treatment group（P〈0.05）.The curative rates were 63.33% and 16.67%;and the total effective rates were 100.00% and 60.00% in observation group and control group respectively.The differences were significant statistically in comparison of curative rate and total effective rate between two groups（P〈0.01）.Conclusion There are hemorrheologic changes in the patients with SNHL.Isolated medicinal moxibustion can improve the state of hemorrheology so that the efficacy can be enhanced.
