摘要
建立了以埋地输气管道腐蚀失效为顶事件的失效故障树,通过对故障树的定性分析,确定了埋地输气管道腐蚀失效的主要原因。在故障树定性分析的基础上,建立了埋地输气管道腐蚀风险因素的层次模型,通过层次分析法(AHP)确定了腐蚀风险因素的权重。结合管道腐蚀破坏机理和风险分析原理,综合运用故障树分析法(FTA)和层次分析法(AHP),提出了可用于埋地输气管道腐蚀风险评价的有效方法。
Corrosion is a major factor which threatens the safety of buried gas pipelines. A fault tree analysis (HA) technique with corrosive failure as the top event was quilt and the major reason of corrosion failure was confirmed by analytic hierarchy process (AHP) method. A hierarchical model on basis of FTA was established and the weight of corrosion factors was confirmed. An available method to assess the corrosion risk in buried gas pipelines was poesented based on corrosion theory and risk assessment theory by applying FTA and AHP methods.
