摘要
某油田地面集输管线腐蚀相当严重,事故频发,管线材质主要为20钢。为弄清腐蚀的原因,对作业区处理站内的各主要部位开展了腐蚀监测,在实验室进行了模拟试验,采用X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)、能谱(EDS)等分析手段对腐蚀产物膜进行了分析。结果表明,CO_2环境下高浓度的氯离子及高矿化度的地层水是腐蚀穿孔事件频发的主要原因。此外,管线材质耐蚀性能较差也是重要原因之一。
Some gathering and transportation pipelines in an oil field corrode seriously, and accidents occurred frequently. The material of pipelines was 20 # steel. In order to clarify the reasons for such a serious corrosion, corrosion monitoring was carried out at major parts of processing station, simulation experiment was carried out in laboratory. XRD, SEM and EDS methods were usedto analyze the corrosion product film. The results showed that the main reasons of corrosion was the existence of high mineralization water and high concentration o{ chloride ion in CO2 environment. In addition, poor corrosion resistance of pipeline material was also an important reason.
