Optimization of Extraction Technology of Syringin and Glycosides E from Acanthopanax Stem and Root

目的:优选刺五加的最佳提取工艺。方法:采用正交设计法,以HPLC测定提取物中紫丁香苷、刺五加苷E的含量。结果:最佳提取工艺为10倍量的80%乙醇回流提取3次,每次2h。结论:该提取工艺稳定,设计合理,重现性好,可为生产实践提供理论依据。

Objective：To study the optimum extraction condition of Acanthopanax.Method：Orthogonal de-sign was used to study the extraction condition and the content of saponin was determined by HPLC.Result：The op-timized extract technology was as follows：crude drug of Acanthopanax was extracted with 10 times of 80% alcohol for 3 times,each time for 2 h.Conclusion：The optimized extraction was stable with good reproducibility,which could provide the basis for batch production.
