摘要
目的:考察砂仁挥发油包合物的稳定性及羟丙基-β-环糊精对挥发油的增溶作用。方法:以乙酸龙脑酯和樟脑的为考察指标,采用HPLC测定包合物及物理混合物中乙酸龙脑酯及樟脑的含量,在高温高湿及强光照的条件下进行试验,并采用相溶解度法测定羟丙基-β-环糊精对挥发油的增溶作用。结果:在高温高湿及强光照条件下,包合物中乙酸龙脑酯及樟脑的含量均明显高于物理混合物中的两种成分的含量,增溶试验显示羟丙基-β-环糊精在50%浓度下可提高挥发油的溶解度约35倍。结论:包合物抗高温、高湿、强光照较物理混合物强,且羟丙基-β-环糊精可明显增加砂仁挥发油的溶解度。
Objective:To investigate the stability of volatile oil inclusion from Amomum and solubilization of volatile oil by hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrin.Method:The content of bornyl acetate and camphor in inclusion com-plex and physical mixture under the high temperature,humidity and strong light conditions was determined by HPLC with bornyl acetate and camphor as index and the solubilization of the volatile oil by hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrin was determined by phase solubility method.Result:Under the high temperature,humidity and strong light condi-tions,the content of bornyl acetate and camphor in inclusion was higher than that of in physical mixture,the results of solubility test showed that 50% concentration of hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrin could increase the solubility of es-sential oil of about 35 times.Conclusion:The inclusion complex had higher capability on anti high temperature,high humidity and strong light intensity than the physical mixture,and the hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrin could increase the solubility of essential oil significantly.
