HPLC同时测定和胃散中橙皮苷和桂皮醛的含量

Determination of Hesperidin and Cinnamaldehyde in Hewei Powder by HPLC

目的:建立同时测定和胃散中桂皮醛和橙皮苷含量的高效液相色谱法。方法:采用Inertsil ODS-SP(4.6 mm×150 mm,5μm)柱分离,以乙腈和水进行梯度洗脱,柱温30℃,在290 nm处检测。结果:橙皮苷在7.0～70.0 mg.L-1,桂皮醛在4.4～44.0 mg.L-1质量浓度与峰面积均呈良好的线性关系;橙皮苷和桂皮醛的平均回收率分别为98.52%(RSD 1.05%),99.20%(RSD 1.52%)。结论:本法操作简便,准确度高,重现性好,可作为和胃散质量控制方法之一。

Objective：To develop a HPLC method for determining hesperidin and cinnamaldehyde in Hewei powder.Method：The analysis was performed on an Inertsil ODS-SP column（4.6 mm × 150 mm,5 μm） with mixture of acetonitrile and water as mobile phase in gradient mode.The detection wavelength was set at 290 nm and the column temperature was at 30 ℃.Result：The linear calibration curves were obtained in the concentration range of 7.0-70.0 mg.L-1 for hesperidin and 4.4-44.0 mg.L-1 for cinnamaldehyde.The average recoveries of hesperidin and cinnamaldehyde were 98.52%（RSD 1.05%） and 99.20%（RSD 1.52%） respectively.Conclusion： The method is quick,simple,and reproducible,which can be used to control the quality of Hewei powder.
