摘要
目的:分析了9种常用果实、种子类补益中药大枣、枸杞子、覆盆子、桑椹、龙眼肉、菟丝子、韭菜子、五味子、核桃仁中的核苷类成分。方法:采用HPLC以甲醇-10 mmol.L-1乙酸铵为流动相梯度洗脱,流速0.5 mL.min-1,检测波长260 nm,柱温30℃。结果:在所测药材中普遍含有尿苷,且含量较高;环磷酸腺苷仅在大枣中含有;桑椹中所含核苷类成分总含量相对较高。结论:核苷类成分在所测果实、种子类补益中药中广泛存在;核苷类成分因植物基源不同其组成及其含量存在显著差异,提示该类成分可作为药材质量评价的指标性成分;所含核苷类成分具有的生物活性与其补益功效存在一定的相关性。
Objective:To analyze ten nucleosides compounds in nine tonic traditional Chinese medicines of fruit and seeds.Method:HPLC was performed on an ApolloTM-C18 column to analyze the nucleosides compounds.Methanol-10 mmol.L-1 ammonium acetate was used as mobile phase with gradient elution;the flow rate was 0.5 mL.min-1,detection wavelength was at 260 nm and the column temperature was at 30 ℃.Result:Uridine was detected in nine tonic traditional Chinese medicines with high content.The cAMPwas detected only in Jujubae fructus.The total content of nucleosides compounds in Mori fructus was more than other crud drugs.Conclusion: Nucleoside compounds were probably widespread in tonic traditional Chinese medicines of fruits and seeds.The nucleosides compounds would be considered as quality control components for tonic traditional Chinese medicines;the content of nucleosides and their compositions had significant difference because of different origins of tonic traditional Chinese medicines.There is a correlation between nucleosides compounds and the tonification efficacy.
