摘要
阐述了有机合成中羧基的保护方法，介绍了常用的保护基团，并例举了大量实例说明羧基保护在有机合成中的应用。
In this article,the protection methods of carboxyl group in organic synthesis are shown,the usual protection groups are introduced,and a lot of examples are given to illustrate the application of the protection of carboxyl group in organic synthesis.
