苏州某标准厂房工业园区设计与思考

DESIGN AND THINKING OF THE STANDARD FACTORY BUILDINGS OF INDUSTRIAL PARK IN SUZHOU

随着长江三角地区经济的迅速发展,大量的厂家驻厂于该地区,形成了许多大规模的标准厂房工业园区。苏州吴中区出口加工区标准厂房园区正是其中之一。从该工业园区的设计出发,提出自身对标准厂房设计的一些思考。首先,需要明确园区的定位,科学地总体布局。其次,在标准厂房的设计中,通过层高设置、交通布局等处理,实现标准厂房的通用性和灵活性这一关键特性,并在整体建筑造型及细节处理上体现工业建筑的理性之美。最后阐述本次设计在环保、节能等方面的策略及措施。

Based on the design of the standard factory buildings in Suzhou,it was put forward some points of standard factory’s design.First of all,development direction of an industrial park should be clear and the general layout of the factory park should be scientific.Further more,it was clarified the strategy of how to satisfy the flexible use of the standard factory buildings,and how to design the facade of industrial buildings and handle the details.In the end it was also put forward some thinkings of environmental protection and energy conservation.
