城市滨水工业建筑遗产的再生——英国迪尔码头改造的可持续生态设计理念评析

城市滨水工业建筑遗产作为一种提升城市活力与文化特征的积极因素,对城市历史文化保护与城市更新工作具有重要的意义。通过介绍英国迪尔码头改造的代表性实例,从历史建筑再利用以及可持续生态设计理念的角度,分析探讨了城市滨水工业建筑遗产在城市复兴改造中的可行性与发展方式,以及对于达成城市经济、社会和文化整体可持续性发展的重要作用,以期为我国城市更新与滨水工业建筑改造再利用工作提供较为科学的发展思路。

As one of the active factors to promote urban vitality and cultural character,industrial heritage in urban waterfront areas plays an important role in urban preservation and urban regeneration.This article made a brief introduction on a rehabilitation project of Deal Pier in the UK.From the perspectives of adaptive reuse of the historic building and design concepts of sustainability and ecology,it was analyzed potentials and methods to rehabilitate industrial heritage in urban waterfront areas during the urban regeneration process,with the intention to reach the holistic sustainability for urban economics,society and culture.It also provided scientific ideas and good references for further urban regeneration and reuse of industrial heritage in waterfront areas in China.
