摘要
研究了一个实用的项目评估智能决策支持系统（简称 Ｐ Ｅ Ｉ Ｄ Ｓ Ｓ），介绍了系统功能， Ｒ Ｏ Ｍ Ｃ（描述（ Ｒｅｐｒｅｓｅｎｔａｔｉｏｎ），操作（ Ｏｐｅｒａｔｉｏｎｓ），记忆辅助（ Ｍｅｍ ｏｒｙ Ａｉｄｓ），控制辅助（ Ｃｏｎｔｒｏｌ Ａｉｄｓ））系统分析方法；定性、定量互相影响的决策方法、决策技术：三级数据库体系结构、数据库接口技术、参数变动法、多级菜单嵌套法。
A practical project evaluation Intelligent decision support system (PEIDSS) are studied, the system functions and ROMC (Representation, Operations, Memory aids, Control aids) which system analysis methods are introduced.In this paper we provide decision method、decision technology that interplay between qualitative & quantity, for example, setup structure of 3 levers data base, interface technology of data base, method of variation parameters, menu multicast methods, relates method of displaying expect knowledge and inference tree methods.
