金融危机导致我国农民工大量返乡,各级政府应将压力转化为动力,从观念、管理、培训、组织等方面进行反思和制度重建,教育引导返乡农民工和谐融入家乡经济发展中。

The financial crisis causes rural workers of our country to return to the township in a large amount. The governments of all levels should turn the pressure into motive, reconsider and rebuild the systerm from the respects of idea, management, training, and organizing etc. ,educate and guide the returned migrant workers to join the hometown economic development harmoniously.
