循环水泵双速节能改造及汽轮机冷端运行优化 被引量:17

Energy saving by dual speed operation and cold end optimization of steam turbine

摘要 针对华能海门电厂2台1036MW汽轮机组冷端系统在循环水泵双速改造前后进行了运行优化试验,根据试验数据拟合出汽轮机背压和功率微增曲线并计算出凝汽器变工况特性。采用综合煤价和电价比较法得出循环水泵双速改造前后的推荐运行方式,实践证明循环水泵双速改造后能达到进一步节能的目的,使电厂获得更大的经济效益。 The operation optimization of cold end system was tested before and after the dual speed operation retrofit in two 1 036 MW steam turbines of Huaneng Haimen Power Plant. According to the experimental data, the curves of exhaust steam pressure of turbine and slight increase of power were fitted, the characteristic of condenser under variable operating conditions was calculated. Using integrated coal price and eleetrovalence comparison method, the recommended operation mode of circulating pump before and after dual speed operation reform was gained. The practice has proved that dual speed operation can achieve the purpose of further energy-saving and get the maximum economic benefits for power plant.
