摘要 目的综合分析我院实施地高辛血药浓度监测的患者资料,为临床合理用药提供科学依据。方法查阅相关患者的病历,对2008~2009年实施地高辛血药浓度监测的194例患者的资料进行综合分析,地高辛血药浓度使用荧光偏振免疫法监测。结果在监测的194例病例结果中,共127例地高辛血药浓度在0.5~2.0 ng/mL的有效浓度范围内,占65.46%,血药浓度平均值为(1.04±0.39)ng/mL;37例血药浓度<0.5 ng/mL,占19.07%,血药浓度平均值为(0.25±0.18)ng/mL;有30例血药浓度>2.0 ng/mL,占15.46%,血药浓度平均值为(2.84±0.89)ng/mL。结论我院地高辛使用基本合理,临床血药浓度监测应综合考虑各方面因素,实施个体化给药,保障用药安全。 Objective To analyze the collective date of serum digoxin concentration from our hospital to provide a rational approach for clinical medication. Methods Analyze the data of serum digoxin concentration collected in 194 cases of our hospital from 2008 to 2009. Serum digoxin concentration was datected by fluorescence polarization immunoassay (FPIA). Results Among 194 cases, 127 cases (65.46%) were within the effective therapeutic concentration (0.5±2.0 ng/mL) and the average value was (1.04±0.39)ng/mL, while 37 cases (19.07%) were below 0.5 ng/mL and the average value was (0.25±0.18)ng/mL, as well as 30 cases (15.46%) were above 2.0 ng/mL and the average value was (2.84±0.89) ng/mL. Conclusion The application of digoxin in our hospital is basically reasonable. The monitoring results must be explained closely with a comprehensive consideration of multiple factors to practice individualed medication.
