摘要
研究了褪黑激素和消炎痛在反相Ｃ１８柱上的色谱行为．流动相为甲醇－磷酸盐缓冲溶液体系．主要考察了ｐＨ值及洗脱液的组成对色谱保留的影响。
The chromatographic behaviors of melatonin and indomethacin on a RP C 18 column(6 μm Nucleosil 100)were studied. The mobile phase was 1 mmol/L(pH=7.58) phosphate buffer methanol . The influences of pH and composition of eluent were emphatically investigated. Melatonin in pineal gland was separated completely and determined quantitatively. The detection limit of melatonin was 12 ng/ml and the separation was completed within 8 min.
