摘要
针对CSR反循环中心取样钻探工艺进行研究,利用CFD,Solidworks等软件对交叉接头内流体流场的压力分布、流量分布、速度矢量进行分析,选取交叉接头与孔壁之间的间隙分别为5.5,4,3,2,1 mm,共5组数据进行对比试验,给出了孔壁间隙与出口流量,孔壁与面积比、流量比之间的关系曲线,进而提出交叉接头优化设计的改进方案。
This paper is aiming at studying CoSoR drilling process. The pressure distribution,flow distribution and velocity vector of the fluid flow within the cross connector are analyzed by using CFD, Solidworks and other software. According to the comparison among the five experimental data records of 5.5 mm,4 mm,3 mm,2 mm and 1 mm, the relationship curves of gap with flow of outlet, gap with area ratio and the flow ratio are given, and then, the optimized design improvement for the cross connector is put forward.
