低氮营养与激动素对离体黄瓜子叶花芽分化的影响 被引量:5

摘要 以黄瓜(CucumissativusL.)子叶为材料,探讨了低氮营养与激动素对子叶花芽分化的影响.总氮量为MS培养基的一半,NO3-/NH+4比值为21时花芽分化受到显著促进.低浓度的激动素(0.1mg/L)对子叶花芽间接分化具有明显的促进作用,高浓度的激动素(1.5mg/L)则对花芽的直接分化有促进作用.低氮营养下施以0.1mg/L激动素的促进作用显著高于二者单独作用的效果.分期取样进行酶活性测定的结果表明:硝酸还原酶与苯丙氨酸解氨酶的活性分别在处理后第10d与第20d升至顶点,与子叶的花芽分化关系密切,而过氧化氢酶的活性则在处理后呈下降趋势。 By using cucumber cotyledons( Cucumis sativus L.) as experimental material, the effects of poor nitrogen nutrition and kinetin on floral bud formation of excised cotyledons are discussed. When the total nitrogen content in the medium was reduced to the half of that of Murashige and Skoog(MS)medium, and the ratio of NO - 3/NH + 4 was changed to 2∶1, the floral initiation was promoted. Kinetin also had a promotive effect when its concentration was 0.1 mg/L. Activities of nitrite reductase(NR), phenylalanine ammonia lyase(PAL) and catalase(CAT) were examined during the development of floral buds. The results showed that the activities of NR and PAL were closely associated with floral bud formation. But it seemed that there was no obvious relationship between CAT activity and floral bud formation though the activities of CAT declined with floral bud development.
