导入高梁DNA选育丰产、抗逆小麦新品系及其RAPD分子验证 被引量:27

Selection and RAPD Identification of a New Wheat Line with High Yield and Stress Resistance by Introducing Sorghum DNA

摘要 通过花粉管通道法,将高粱DNA导入小麦,结果在其后代产生了广泛的变异,并从中选育出高产、抗逆、耐盐碱小麦新品系89122.在省级区试中,连续两年表现优良,比统一对照高原602增产24.08%,比原受体陇春13号增产21.06%.在盐碱地,比当地主栽品种V28增产10.5%,比原受体增产22.5%.光合效率明显提高.RAPD分析结果表明,新品系基因组出现多态性,并具有供体特异性DNA带。 The DNA extracted from the sorghum seeding was introduced into the embryos of wheat through a pollentube channel after self-pollination.A great range of variations appeared in the progeny of the recipient,from which a new wheat line 89122 with high yield and stress resistance was selected.The fine traits of this new line are as follows:(1)In Gansu test fields, its yield was the highest among 12 fine accessions or lines in last two years.The yield was 24.08% higher than that of CK plateau 602,and 21.08% higher than that of recipient Longchun 13.(2)In saline soil test,the yield was 10.5 % higher than that of local salt-resistance variety V 28 , and 22.5 % higher than that of the recipient.(3)Photosynthetic efficiency increased significantly. Random amplified polymophic DNA(RAPD) analysis revealed that the new line DNA polymorphism displayed in 3 primers from 60 primers tested.Therefore, the new line with a series of fine traits and specific characters of sorghum was resulted from the sorghum gene introduced.
