摘要
以小麦、玉米和蚕豆为实验材料,采用开顶式熏气装置,研究了不同浓度氟化氢熏气对三种植物叶片的质膜透性和膜脂过氧化作用的影响,讨论了氟化氢熏气对植物膜系统的伤害.实验结果表明,不同浓度的氟化氢熏气后膜脂过氧化作用加剧,质膜透性升高.
Spring wheat ( Triticum aesivum L.), maize ( Zea mays L.) and broad bean ( Vicia faba L.) were fumigated with three different concentrations of hydrogen fluoride (HF) in open top chambers. The effects of HF fumigation on membrane permeability and membrane lipid peroxidation were investigated. The discussion emphasized on the injury of HF on the plant membrane system. The experimental results indicated that after fumigation, the membrane lipid peroxidation was intensified and the membrane permeability raised. HF fumigation seriously injured the membrane system of plants, and it was concerned with the activity of free radicals. The degrees of sensitivity of three kinds of plant to HF were different: broad bean>spring wheat>maize.
