企业中层领导在解决员工内心冲突过程中的角色和作用

摘要 本文将利用领导———部属交换理论(LMX模型)对中层领导者的角色建设和具体行为进行指导,建立起与员工之间长期稳定融洽的正式和非正式关系,发挥积极的作用,实现企业战略的有效转变,提升企业的应变能力和市场竞争能力。
