黑龙江省农机合作社运营机制的调查分析

The Survey and Analysis on Operating Mechanism of Heilongjiang Agricultural Cooperatives

家庭承包经营制的确立,使农业生产实现了第一次飞跃。但是这种以分散、小规模经营为特征的家庭经营难以与激烈的市场相适应,因此需要经营制度的创新以实现规模经营。近几年来,在国家政策的大力扶持下,农机合作社在黑龙江省迅速发展起来,逐渐取代了其他形式的农机作业服务组织,成为实现农业规模经营的重要组织载体。在对黑龙江省典型农机合作社进行调查的基础上,从规模、经营收入来源、服务形式等方面对黑龙江省农机合作社的发展现状进行了分析,并着重从利益、产权、决策等方面分析了农机合作社的运营机制。在此基础上分析了农机合作社存在的问题,从加强沟通、规范运营等方面提出了解决对策。

Because of the establishment of household contract management system,the agricultural production achieved the first leap.But the dispersed and small-scale family-run markets are difficult to adapt to the intense.That is why our country required innovative operating system in order to achieve scale.In recent years,agricultural cooperatives in Heilongjiang Province has developed rapidly under the strong support of the national policy,gradually replaced the other forms of agricultural operations service organization,becoming an important organization carrier about scale agricultural operations.This article surveys on the typical agricultural cooperative in Heilongjiang Province,analyzing the current situation of the size,the source of operating income,services,forms and other aspects of agricultural cooperative development in Heilongjiang Province,and focus on analysing the interests,property rights,decision-making and other aspects of the agricultural co-operation mechanisms.Finally,making solutions to enhanced communication,standardize operations and other aspects of the countermeasures by analysing problems in agricultural cooperatives.
