逐层次分析法在建筑工程项目施工组织设计评价中应用

Layered Ordinal Relation Analysis Use to Evaluation in Construction Organization Design of Building Project

通过对建筑工程项目施工组织设计的技术经济指标的分析,建立了由施工方案、施工进度计划和施工平面图布置组成的技术经济评价指标体系,运用逐层序关系分析法进行设计方案的评价,并结合工程实例以验证方法的有效性和可行性。结果表明使用该评价方法的指标体系可以选出最优施工组织设计方案,且概念清晰,计算便利,方法真实有效且具有可操作性。

Through analysing the technical economy indexs of construction organization design,a set of evaluation index system consisted by construction scheme,construction schedule and construction plan arrangement was established and used to evaluate by the layered ordinal relation analysis,and the validity and practicality of the method is tested by simulation.The results show that the index system of evaluation method has clear decision mode,operable authenticity and convenient calculation to choose optimal construction organization design.
