电针足少阳经穴对去卵巢大鼠骨质疏松的作用 被引量:17

The Antiosteoporotic Effect of Electroacupuncture at Foot Shaoyang Channel Points in Ovariectomized Rats

摘要 目的验证电针足少阳经穴的抗骨质疏松效应。方法将40只Wistar雌性大鼠随机分为假手术组、模型组、胆经组、非经穴组,后3组行去卵巢造模手术,术后3个月胆经组、非经穴组按不同取穴方案开始电针,假手术组、模型组则不行针刺。干预3个月后,分别检测各组大鼠骨密度、骨组织形态学及骨代谢标志物包括骨形成指标及骨吸收指标等。结果模型组和非经穴组骨密度体重校正值较胆经组、假手术组明显下降(P<0.05)。骨组织HE切片可见胆经组骨微结构较其他组明显改善。骨形成指标显示胆经组大鼠骨重建的成骨活动较其他组更活跃(P<0.05);骨吸收指标亦提示非经穴组、模型组较其他组破骨活动强烈(P<0.05),而胆经组骨吸收降低,与假手术组比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论电针足少阳经穴具有肯定的全身性抗骨质疏松效应,可为《黄帝内经》"少阳主骨"关于体表足少阳及其经穴可自身调节骨强度而治疗骨质疏松相关病症的推断提供实验依据。 Objective To verify the antiosteoporotic effect of electroacupuncture at Foot Shaoyang Channel points.Methods Forty Wistar female rats were randomized into sham operation group,model group,gall bladder channel point group,and non-channel point group,and the latter three groups were ovariectomized.Three months after operation,the gall bladder channel point group and non-channel point group were treated with electroacupuncture at the corresponding points according to the planned program for 3 months.Then the samples were collected for studying the changes in bone mineral density(BMD),bone histomorphology,and bone biomarkers including bone formation and resorption indices.Results In the model group and non-channel point group,the BMD/body weight adjusted value were significantly lowered than those in the gall bladder channel point group and sham operation group(P0.05).Bone tissue HE stained observation showed that the bone microstructure in the gall bladder channel point group was more significantly improved than that of other groups.Bone formation markers showed that the osteoblastic activity of remodeling was stronger in the gall bladder channel point group than that of other groups(P0.05).Bone resorption markers also showed that the osteoclastic activity was stronger in the non-channel point group and model group than that of other groups(P0.05).But bone resorption in the gall bladder channel point group was lowered,without statistical difference in comparing with the sham operation group(P0.05).Conclusion Electroacupuncture at Foot Shaoyang Channel points is surely effective in antiosteoporosis,providing an experimental evidence for the theory in Internal Classic that Shaoyang dominates bones,from which,the inference is that the Shaoyang channel and its points can regulate the bone intensity,thus,they are used to treat osteoporosis.
