尤在泾临证用药方剂计量学研究

Metrological Study on Dr.YOU Zaijing's Characteristics in Using Medicines

目的分析温补学派医家尤在泾临证处方用药的特点及其与温补四家在用药方面的关系。方法选择尤在泾总处方数187、薛立斋总处方数214、张景岳总处方数35、李中梓总处方数155、孙一奎总处方数89。运用传统文献学方法、方剂计量学方法,对尤在泾及温补四家临证处方用药的常用药物及相关性、四性、五味、气血阴阳、温补、脾肾经用药情况进行对比分析。结果尤在泾常用8药中人参、当归、黄芪、柴胡、升麻频次均低于温补四家;5位医家常用8药相关分析显示,尤在泾与薛立斋、张景岳、李中梓、孙一奎的相关系数r分别为-0.082、0.641、0.136、0.214;尤在泾温热、辛甘及补益药使用率远低于温补四家,寒凉药使用率远高于温补四家,他与张景岳、薛立斋、李中梓温热、寒凉、辛甘及补益药使用率均差别显著(P<0.01或P<0.05)。尤在泾与温补四家临证处方在脾肾归经、补益功效、温补用药指标等方面均有明显差别。结论作为温补学派的传承者,尤在泾具有鲜明和极具创新性的临证用药个性,而与温补四家的相近程度较远。

Objective To analyze the innovative characteristics of formulas used by Dr.YOU Zaijing,the physician of the warm-reinforcing school in practice,and the relation among him and the other four warm-reinforcing physicians in using medicines.Methods The 187 prescriptions used by Dr.YOU Zaijing,214 prescriptions used by Dr.XUE Lizhai,35 prescriptions used by Dr.ZHANG Jingyue,155 prescriptions used by Dr.LI Zhongzi,and 89 prescriptions used by Dr.SUN Yikui were selected for study.The traditional literature studying method and formula metrological method were used to compare the commonly used medicines and their correlations,four properties,five flavors,qi,blood,yin,and yang,warm-reinforcing,and the medicines used for the spleen and kidney in their practical treatment.Results Of the 8 commonly used medicines,Dr.YOU Zaijing used Renshen（Radix Ginseng）,Danggui（Radix Angelicae Sinensis）,Huangqi（Radix Astragali）,Chaihu（Radix Bupleuri）,and Shengma（Rhizoma Cimicifugae）less in frequency than the four warm-reinforcing physicians.The correlative analysis on the 8 common medicines used by these five physicians showed that the related coefficient R of Dr.YOU Zaijing with Dr.XUE Lizhai,Dr.ZHANG Jingyue,Dr.LI Zhongzi,and Dr.SUN Yikui was-0.082,0.641,0.136,and 0.214 respectively.Dr.YOU Zaijing used the warm-heat,pungent-sweet,and tonics less in frequency than the four warm-reinforcing physicians,but he used the cold-cool far more frequently than them.There was a significant difference between Dr.YOU＇s using rate of warm-heat,cold-cool,pungent-sweet,and tonics and XUE＇s and LI＇s（P0.01 or P0.05）,and there was also a significant difference between Dr.YOU＇s using medicines for spleen and kidney meridians,tonifying action,and warm-reinforcing function,etc.and the other four warm-reinforcing physicians＇.Conclusion Being the successor of warm-reinforcing school,Dr.YOU Zaijing has his own creative characteristics in using medicines,far from the characteristics of the four warm-reinforcing physicians.
