城市公园游憩者满意度研究——以广州为例

A STUDY ON RECREATIONISTS' SATISFACTION OF GUANGZHOU CITY PARKS

以广州城市公园为研究对象,探讨了城市公园满意度评价因子与整体满意度、重游意愿之间的相互关系。通过因子分析法,萃取出游憩者6个城市公园满意度评价因子—景观质量、基础设施、游憩环境、游憩项目、服务质量、便利程度。分析显示除性别、受教育程度外,在年龄、客源地、职业等人口统计学变量下,城市公园游憩者满意度评价存在显著性差异;多元回归分析验证了6个因子与整体满意度之间存在明显的正相关关系,除服务质量外的5个因子与重游意愿之间也存在明显的正相关关系。

City parks are important outdoor recreation places for both residents and urban tourists. The satisfaction of recreationist plays an important role in city parks management. City parks are important for resi- dents in the process of urbanization in China. It is necessary to build an evaluation system of recreationists＇ satisfaction of city parks, so as to improve the city life quality. Due to the lack ofrecreationist-oriented per- ception, the relative administrations are unable to keep pace with the various demands of the recreationists. But the research on this field is quite lacking in China, especially the demonstrative study from the view of recreationist. As the Guangzhou city parks has enforced free-charge system from 2009, the authors assume that the recreationist＇s satisfaction evaluation factors would be changed. This paper aims to explore the factors which affect the recreationists＇ satisfaction of city parks under the new regulatory system, and find the main factors. Based on the content analysis of recreationist＇ comments on two influential websites and literature re- view, 6 variances and 19 indexes are supposed to affect the satisfaction of city parks. The survey is conducted in the main city parks of Guangzhou city, and 568 valid questionnaires are collected. The paper choosing city parks of Guangzhou as an object of study. Analyzing the correlations between the recreationists＇ evaluation about city parks and their overall satisfactory degree, revisit intention. Six factors are extracted through factor analysis, so the satisfaction evaluation model of city parks in Guangzhou is established. The authors obtain the comprehensive indexes that influence the satisfaction of city parks. Under variables of demographic char- acteristics, recreationists＇ evaluation factors show significant differences except for gender and educational background. Multi-regression analysis tests that there is significantly positive relationship between the six fac- tors and overall satisfaction degree. Multi-regression analysis tests show that there is significantly positive re- lationship between the five factors and revisit intention. Also, the paper discusses the differences of satisfaction factors between before free system and after free system of the city parks.
