摘要
在pH=5.30的KNO3-KH2PO4—Na2HPO4底液中,用单扫示波极谱法可以得到一个灵敏的卡维地罗导数还原峰,其峰电位为-1.43V(vs.SCE).峰电流与卡维地罗浓度在20—30μmol·L-1范围内呈线性关系(r=0.9998),检出限为0.50μmol·L(-1)。该法应用于模拟尿样和片剂中卡维地罗含量的测定,结果令人满意.
In a supporting electrolyte containing KNO3 - KH2PO4 - Na2HPO4 at pH 5. 30, a sensitive derivative reduction peak of Carvedilol is found by single-sweep oscillopolarograph. The peak potential is -1.43V (vs.SCE). The relationship between peak current and the concentration of Carvedilol is linear from 2.0 -30 μmol. L-1. The detection limit is 0.50 μmol.L-1. The method is applied to the determination of Carvedilol in urine sample and tablet with satisfactory results.
