摘要
采用脉冲辐解法分别测得Cu(Thr)2(苏氨酸铜)的不同体系在不同温度下催化O(超氧阴离子自由基)歧化反应的速率常数,算出活化能,并与天然SOD进行了比较.结果发现在相同条件下,C12ThrCu(Ⅱ)(十二酰苏氨酸铜)的活性几乎与天然SOD相当.
The systems of Cu(Thr)2 were studied by using pulse radiolysis. The rate constants of the disproportionation for O catalyzed by SOD and its analogues at different temperatures were measured, and the activation energy was obtained. It is found that the SOD like activities of C12 ThrCu(Ⅱ) is even equal tO that of the nature SOD in the same conditions.
