期刊的若干著作权问题分析

Analysis of the Periodical Copyright

期刊是文献家族的重要成员,是不可替代的信息资源。由于对期刊若干著作权问题认识的模糊,导致在实践中不能有效地保护期刊的著作权,这在很大程度上阻碍了期刊的发展及其作用的发挥。本文从著作权地位、著作权特征、著作权保护期和著作权归属等方面就部分有争议的期刊著作权问题进行探讨。

Periodical Literature is not only an important member of the document family,but also other types of literature information resources can not be replaced.However,a number of copyright on the periodical fuzzy understanding of the problem,resulting in practice can not effectively protect the periodical copyright,which largely block the development and to play the role of periodical.This article discusses some problems from the aspects of copyright status,copyright features,copyright protection and copyright ownership.
