国外期刊出版市场垄断化发展趋势为出版商改变定价策略创造了条件,在造成了学术期刊价格非理性上涨的同时,也给传统期刊管理带来新的问题,分析研究并尽力解决这些问题是图书馆的一项重要任务。
The monopolization development trend has created conditions for publisher to change the price strategy and to cause price of academic periodical is trrning high irrationally that brings new problems to the traditional periodical management.The facing important task of library is to analyze and make an effort to work out these problems.
