试论高校图书馆借阅权限分配

On the Permission Assignment of Borrowing and Reading in Academic Library

高校图书馆在借阅范围、借阅数量、借阅时间等方面根据读者类型不同的区别服务,有悖平等服务原则。而根据文献类型、出版年代对文献进行分库,不同的文库采用不同的借阅数量和借阅期限,设计借阅权分流累积制,可有效满足读者的借阅需要。

It is wrong to differentiate between readers according to their different types in the aspects of borrowing range,quantity,and time limitation in academic library.It goes against our principle to equity of rights of borrowing and reading.Hence,it is necessary to unify the reader types and to carry out distribution of bookstores according to the literature type and the publication year of different literatures.The different bookstores should adopt different borrowing quantity and borrowing deadline and meet readers′ borrowing needs.
