盐度变化对盐藻生物量和总脂含量的影响 被引量:15

摘要 为了筛选和优化高生物量与高油脂含量产能微藻的培养条件,采用单因素试验方法研究了盐度对盐藻生物量和脂肪积累的影响。结果表明:盐度变化对盐藻生物量和脂肪积累均有显著的影响。在本试验条件下,盐度20~100的范围内,盐藻均能正常生长,且在盐度40时,能够获得最高生物量和最高的脂肪含量,分别达到1.19 g/L和33.84%。 In order to select and optimize the culture conditions for Dunaliella salina with high biomass and high lipid content,effects of salinity on biomass and lipid content of Dunaliella salina were researched by using single factor experiment.The results showed that there were remarkably effects of different salinities on the biomass and lipid content of Dunaliella salina.Under the conditions in this experiment,within the salinity scope from 20 to 100,the Dunaliella salina could grow normally;when salinity was 40,the biomass and lipid content of Dunaliella salina reached the highest by 1.19 g/L and 33.84%,respectively.
