摘要
提高叶轮机械叶片的升阻比,是改进叶轮机械气动性能的重要途径。该文给出了一种提高叶栅叶片的升阻比新措施,即采用加大叶片局部粗糙度来提高叶片的升阻比。实验研究证实这种方法确实有效。用数值计算方法求解了N-S方程,用改变局部湍流粘性μτ去模拟贴粗糙片所引起的μτ的变化。结果表明:对这种叶栅叶片表面贴粗糙带的方法能够达到提高2%升阻比的效果。
Increasing the lift drag ratio of turbine blade is an effective way for improving turbine's aerodynamic characteristics. To enhance the roughness of the blade's partial area for increasing the lift drag ratio, a new method was given in this paper. The numerical solution of N S equation and the change of turbulent viscosity due to the rough chip stuck on the blade was imitated by changing the local turbulent viscosity. Experiments and numerical calculations show that 2% increment of lift drag ratio can be obtained by the present method.
