摘要
近代中国工资及工资变化的差异普遍存在,在引致工资差异的诸多原因中,人力资本因其主观能动性而具有突出的地位。人力资本对工资收入的影响是现代人力资本论研究的热点之一。本文以上世纪20~40年代上海企业资料为基础,对代表人力资本水平的教育程度、在职培训、工作经历等与工资收入之间的关系进行了实证分析。
Difference of wage and salary was ubiquitous in China before 1949. Owing to its subjective and self-driven characteristics, human capital was outstanding among all these factors which caused such differences. The significance of human capital to wage and salary is one of the hotspots in the research of modem human capital theory. Based on data of several shanghai enterprises in 1920-40s, this article has a try on analyzing the effect of education, on-the-job training and work experience on wage and salary, and comes to a conclusion finally that human capital level influences wage and salary profoundly.
