摘要
目的探讨硫酸镁对丙泊酚和维库溴铵的起效时间、药物平均每小时用量及恢复时间的影响。方法选择80例ASAⅠ或Ⅱ级行腹腔镜手术的患者,随机均分为A、B组。A组给予15%硫酸镁,B组给予生理盐水。记录丙泊酚和维库溴铵起效时间、平均每小时用量和恢复时间。结果 A组丙泊酚起效时间为(226.9±94.2)s,明显短于B组的(292.5±84.9)s(P<0.01);A组维库溴铵起效时间为(329.0±56.8)s,明显短于B组的(366.1±69.0)s(P<0.05)。A组丙泊酚平均每小时用量为(8.1±1.3)mg·kg-1.h-1,明显少于B组的(9.8±1.4)mg·kg-1.h-1(P<0.01)。A组维库溴铵平均每小时用量为(132.4±53.0)μg.kg-1.h-1,明显少于B组的(179.9±37.6)μg.kg-1.h-1(P<0.01);A组丙泊酚恢复时间为(13.5±2.9)min,明显长于B组的(10.0±3.2)min(P<0.05)。A组维库溴铵恢复时间为(21.9±4.5)min,明显长于B组的(19.4±5.1)min(P<0.05)。结论应用硫酸镁能使丙泊酚和维库溴铵起效快,在同样的麻醉深度下,应用硫酸镁能使丙泊酚和维库溴铵平均每小时用量减少,并可延长丙泊酚和维库溴铵的恢复时间。
Objective To explore the effects of magnesium sulphate on the onset time,consumption and recovery time of propofol and vecuronium bromide.Methods Eighty ASA Ⅰ or Ⅱ patients,undergoing elective laparoscopic operation surgery were selected.All these patients were randomly divided into two groups:group A(n=40)and group B(n=40).Group A received 15% magnesium sulphate and group B received 0.9% sodium chloride.The effects of magnesium sulphate on pharmacodynamics of propofol and vecuronium bromide are observed by comparing the onset time,hourly consumption and recovery time of propofol and vecuronium bromide between group A and group B.Results Compared with group B,the onset time of propofol was shorter in group A[(226.9±94.2)s vs.(292.5±84.9)s,P〈0.01].Compared with group B,the onset time of vecuronium was shorter in group A[(329.0±56.8)s vs.(366.1±69.0)s,P〈0.05].A significant reduction in hourly propofol consumption was observed in group A compared with group B [group A(132.4±53.0)μg·kg^-1·h^-1 vs.group B(179.9±37.6)μg·kg^-1·h^-1,P〈0.01].The time cessation of propofol to BIS80 was longer in group A compared with group B [group A(13.5±2.9)minutes vs.group B(10.0±3.2)minutes,P〈0.01].The time cessation of vecuronium bromide to TOF rate〉0.25 was longer in the group A compared with group B[group A(21.9±4.5)minutes vs.group B(19.4±5.1)minutes,P〈0.05].Conclusion The administration of magnesium sulfate made onset of propofol and vecuronium bromide faster.As in the same depth of anesthesia,the requirement of propofol or vecuronium bromide was reduced by magnesium sulfate co-administrated.The patient's recovery time prolonged by administration of magnesium sulfate either in propofol or in vecuronium bromide anesthesia.
