摘要
针对机床导轨热变形动态变化量难以确定的问题,提出了将近似模型和数值模拟技术相结合的模型计算方法,建立了导轨热误差有限元计算目标函数。采用响应面近似模型方法,对导轨有限元模型边界条件进行了优化选择,得到了导轨热变形误差优化计算值,并将其应用于机床导轨的热变形实时补偿,提高了机床的加工精度,解决了机床导轨难以进行全行程范围内热误差实时测量的问题。
In order to obtain the thermal errors of a machine guide way in whole stroke in real time,the methodology of approximation model and numerical simulation were applied to optimize the boundary conditions of finite element model in machine guide way.The objective of approximation model was to reduce errors between calculations and experiments;the calculations was obtained from finite element analysis.Finally,the optimal calculation results of the guide way thermal errors were obtained.It can be used to thermal error compensation in machine guide way and enhances the manufacturing accuracy.The problem of thermal error measurement of machine guide way in real time was solved.
