盾构机主轴回转支承轴承刚度及变形特性研究 被引量:14

摘要 基于赫兹接触算法和轴承载荷等效模型,建立含三排圆柱滚子的回转支承有限元分析模型。采用显式算法,分析在径向载荷与倾覆弯矩载荷以及轴向载荷与倾覆弯矩载荷耦合作用下的轴承刚度和周向变形特性,并对轴承在突变载荷下的动刚度特性进行了讨论。结果表明,考虑接触的非线性,轴承的径向刚度随着载荷的增大而非线性增大,轴向刚度随载荷的增大而非线性减小。在轴向载荷与倾覆弯矩耦合作用下,轴向刚度对倾覆刚度影响不明显;刚度动态特性与载荷作用的时间相关;在倾覆载荷作用下,轴承沿周向在各个滚柱支承位置应力和变形分布不能用简单的余弦函数来描述。研究结果对盾构机在复杂地质条件下掘进时冗余驱动各电机的位置设计及同步性控制具有指导意义。 A finite element analysis model on a three-row roller slewing bearing was established based on the algorithm of Hertz contact theory and load equivalent model of the bearing.The stiffness behaviors subjected by the radial,axial and capsizing moment loads were investigated by using the explicit calculation.The behavior of stiffness and the load subjected on the bear was analyzed.The relationship among stiffness characteristics and load as well as dynamic stiffness under impact load was studied.The results show that the radial stiffness increases nonlinearly with load when the contact nonlinearity is considered.However,the axial stiffness decreases nonlinearly with load.The load in the axial direction has little influence on capsizing stiffness.The stress and deformation distribution of various rollers can not be described with a simple cosine function.The results can provide the guidance on the redundant actuating design of motors and synchronization control of redundant driving motors of shield during excavation in the complex geological formations.
