创业机会异质性及其识别方式理论诠释与扎根分析 被引量:4

摘要 本文对创业机会异质性及其识别方式进行了新的理论诠释,并应用扎根分析构建了机会异质性与搜寻方式的理论框架。首先,本文基于知识管理将创业机会异化为编码型和默会型,基于知识搜寻将机会识别方式异化为系统搜寻和偶然发现,并对其作出了新的理论诠释。其次,应用扎根理论研究的方法,同时辅以较大样本的调研数据作为补充,构建了机会异质性中联系各范畴的关系模式。最后得出结论:在机会异质性的分类中,代表编码型机会和默会型机会差别的显隐性是最显著的区分标准;在机会异质性与其识别方式的动态匹配关系中,编码型机会常常靠"系统搜寻"识别,默会型机会常常靠"偶然发现"识别;同时还发现编码型机会并未如之前所估计的比默会型机会更普遍。
