Objective ：The status of medical dispute and its causes were analyzed based on the theory of crisis management. And combined with the characters in different stages of medical dispute crisis development, strategies of communication in medical dispute crisis were put forward to promote processing medical dispute in scientific, standardized and legalized methods. Based on which, harmonious relationship between doctors and patients can be constructed, and medical services can be healthily developed.
