摘要 文章阐述了危机管理理论,分析了目前医疗纠纷现状和原因,结合医疗纠纷危机发展的几个阶段特征,有针对性地提出医疗纠纷中危机沟通方式和策略,旨在进一步推动医疗纠纷处理的科学化、规范化和合法化,最终形成医患关系的和谐状态,促进医疗卫生事业的健康发展。. Objective :The status of medical dispute and its causes were analyzed based on the theory of crisis management. And combined with the characters in different stages of medical dispute crisis development, strategies of communication in medical dispute crisis were put forward to promote processing medical dispute in scientific, standardized and legalized methods. Based on which, harmonious relationship between doctors and patients can be constructed, and medical services can be healthily developed.
