精子捐赠伦理学问题的思考

Thinking on the ethical issues of sperm donation.

精子捐赠为不孕不育患者带来了福音,为优生优育,辅助生殖研究奠定了基础。但也面临了一些社会伦理学问题。如血亲婚配,知情权,家庭内部矛盾等。以前的研究对这些问题都进行过阐述,文章通过对这些问题进行再思考,并联系当今实际,提出一些建议,以期更好的为精子捐赠的发展服务。

Objective：Sperm donation enables those couples with infertility to obtain the opportunity to have a baby,and also establish basis for better natal and prenatal care as well as researches in assisted reproductive technology. However, it is confounded by some social and ethics controversies,such as intermarriage,right to be informed, and internal disputes. Based on rethinking on these issues and current situations, some suggestions were put forward to promote the development of sperm donation.
