摘要
针对目前我国医疗纠纷中存在的医疗损害"二元"鉴定的无序状态,科学整合两大鉴定资源的合理成份,探索一条新的途径来构建医疗损害鉴定制度,才能科学、公正地解决医疗损害纠纷中的医疗技术问题。
Objective：Aiming at the disordered status of medical injury appraisement system in medical disputes,which consists of medical appraisement system and judicial appraisement system, the reasonable parts of these two systems can be integrated to explore a new approach to construct medical injury appraisement system. By which, medical technological problems in medical disputes can be scientifically and fairly solved.
