＂林下经济＂并不是一个新词汇,却在当下,尤其是在集体林权制度改革之中被赋予了新的内容。调研发现,山东省林下经济特点突出,发展总体形势令人鼓舞,典型案例佐证了林下经济发展的潜力和前景,目前还存在项目来源、资金供给、经营风险、市场开拓、基础设施等制约因素。但林下经济仍然是协调生态与经济关系、兼顾国家与农民利益的一篇大文章,大有可为。

Even though ＂under-forestry economy＂ was not a new term,but in the moment,especially in the collective forest tenure reform＇ is being given a new content.Research found that the overall situation of economic development in Shandong is encouraging,understory typical cases corroborated the potential and prospects of the economy,but also that the economy is to coordinate forest ecological and economic relations,taking into account the interests of the state and farmers,is promising.
