摘要
运用西方经济学原理中的"弹性理论",根据"就业弹性系数"的概念,推算出为解决相应就业岗位,在当地社会所需拉动的GDP总额,并从中扣除该就业岗位当年所产生的经济产值,以此来替代公益林建设所提供就业岗位(机会)的价值。以此方法对浙江省衢州市柯城区公益林建设所提供就业岗位数及价值进行了估算,2005~2007年均提供就业岗位228个,年均价值折合人民币达768.68万元,结果较为满意。
On the base of elasticity theory,and according to the concept of employment elasticity coefficient,the paper makes use of the proportion of GDP driven for resolving job posts and deducting this job posts generated by economic output value to replace the monetary value of the job posts provided by non-commercial forest construction.In this paper,with this evaluation method to assessed the value of practical job posts provided by the NCF construction of Kecheng,Quzhou Prefecture of Zhejiang Province.By measurement,can see that 228 job posts provided by NCF development of Kecheng average annual,its monetary value come up to RMB 7686800 yuan per year.
