Study about Medical Equipment Performance Appraisal and Evaluation

本文结合医院财务管理,选择对医院大型贵重设备进行绩效分析与评价。我们确定若干指标组成评价体系,对医疗设备的完好率、实际利用时数、利用率、利润率及投资回收期等综合管理效率进行评价。运用有效的干预手段,以期使各种医疗设备科学、合理地应用到临床。

In this study,combining with hospital finance management,we took performance appraisal and evaluation to large equipment in our hospital.By setting up some evaluation system,we evaluated on the intact ratio,actual using hours,use ratio,profit margin and payback period,thus to assuring scientific and reasonable application of medical equipment.
