摘要
为解决青藏铁路现有监测系统信息分散、信息不能融合的难题,提出了将分散的监测信息集中分析、共享和集成,结合规范化的维护改进方法,建立反闭环管理的立体化、高可靠综合安全监控管理信息系统。系统基于信息源层来实现信息的接入,通过数据层数据的存储和融合,最后在应用层实现各种应用整合。在此基础上,采用基于NTP技术的同步方案实现系统中各设备时钟的同步。通信系统仿真和应用表明,该系统满足了信息的规范化统一管理和信息集成的综合运用需求,确保了青藏铁路运营安全和综合维护。
According to the application problems such as decentralized information and infused information of the existing monitoring system on Qinghai-Tibet railway, a comprehensive safety monitoring system structure for Qinghai-Tibet railway is put forward, which proposes the idea that centralizes the decentralized monitoring information to analysis, sharing and integration, and establishes multilevel, high reliability system for anti-closed loop management combined with standardized maintenance improvement methods. The system fulfills the information accession based on the information source layer, and then accomplishes data storage and fusion through data layer. At last, all kinds of application integration are tumed into reality at application layer. And also the synchronization scheme based on NTP technology is used to fulfill the clock synchronization for all equipments in the system. Standardized uniform management for information and comprehensive application demands for information integration are fulfilled through system simulation and application test, so as to ensure the operation safety and comprehensive maintenance for Qinghai-Tibet railway.
