摘要
为保证深井冻结凿井施工的安全,必须考虑冻结过程中的冻胀力,而当前还没有一种合理的立井冻胀预测手段。考虑到土体冻结受温度场的直接影响以及温度场测试手段成熟,采用温度场来确定冻结壁厚度及位置,再由冻胀系数来推算冻土冻胀量,进而得到冻胀位移场及应力场。结果表明,采用这一解析预测方法可以得到满足工程应用的冻胀位移场及冻胀应力场。
In order to ensure the safety of the deep mine freezing shaft sinking,it is necessary to consider the frost heave force during the freezing process and there is no available rational prediction means of the mine shaft frost heave.In consideration of the direct influences of the temperature field to the soil freezing and the matured measuring means of the temperature field,the temperature filed was applied to determine the freezing wall thickness and location and the frost heave coefficient was applied to calculate the frost heave quantity of the freezing soil.Thus the frost displacement and stress field could be obtained.The results showed that the application of the analysis and prediction method could meet the frost displacement field and the frost stress field applied to the projects.
