摘要
以近距离煤层大倾角工作面采空区下开采为研究背景,针对煤壁片帮、顶板冒落及支架、运输机下滑的机理进行了分析。分析结果认为,上覆煤层采空区遗留煤柱造成应力集中,采场二次采动破坏加剧了工作面煤岩体的变形,煤层倾角及底板破坏深度对支架及运输机下滑的影响比较大。因此,提出了针对性的安全开采控制技术,实现了大倾角工作面的安全开采,为类似条件下工作面安全开采提供了宝贵的经验。
Taking the mining under the goaf of steep inclined coal mining face in seam with a close distance as the study background,the paper analyzed the mechanisms of the coal wall spalling,roof falling,and downward sliding of the hydraulic powered supports and face conveyor.The analysis results showed that the coal pillar left in the goaf of the overlying seam would cause the stress concentration,the secondary mining failure of the coal mining face would enhance the deformation of the coal and rock in the coal mining face and the seam inclination and the floor failure depth would have high influences to the downward sliding of the hydraulic powered supports and face conveyor.Therefore the relevant safety mining control technology was provided to have a safety mining of the coal mining face and to offer a valuable experiences to the safety mining of the coal mining face under the similar conditions.
