下保护层钻采上覆煤层变化的数值分析 被引量:1

摘要 为了实现突出煤层的安全高效开采,研究极薄煤层保护层开采逐渐成为我国防治煤与瓦斯突出重要的的研究课题。文章以郑煤集团崔庙煤矿11011工作面地质条件为工程背景,采用数值模拟的研究方法对钻采下保护层过程中上覆二1煤层的应力变化规律、下沉移动规律和膨胀变形量变化规律进行研究。研究表明:随着保护层工作面的推进,被保护煤层变形呈现压缩、快速膨胀、膨胀变形减小到稳定的变化规律;保护范围内某点膨胀量变化的几何特征为"S"型;数值分析结果和现场试验结果基本吻合。 In order to have a safety and high efficient mining in the outburst seam,the paper had a study on the protected seam mining in the ultra thin seam steadily becoming an important research program of the coal and gas prevention and control in China.Base on the geological conditions of No.11011 working face in Cuimiao Mine of Zhengzhou Coal Mining Group as the engineering background,the numerical simulation study method was applied to study the stress variation law,subsidence displacement law and the swelling deformation variation law of the overlying 21 seam during the underneath protective seam borehole mining.The study showed that with the advancing of the protective seam,the deformation of the protected seam would have the variation law from the compression,rapid swelling,swelling deformation reduced to stabilized.The geometric features of the swelling variation at a point of the protective scope would be "S" shape.The numerical analysis results and the site experiment results would be basically fitted.
