摘要
浮选柱气含率的大小是影响浮选柱精矿回收能力和实际分选效果的重要参数之一。文章探讨了充气量和循环量对浮选柱平均气含率和轴向气含率的影响。结果表明:在相同循环量情况下,浮选柱内平均气含率随充气量增加而增加;在相同充气量情况下,浮选柱平均气含率随循环量增加而减小;在较小循环量和较小充气量的情况下,轴向气含率呈现底部大于顶部;在较大循环量和较大充气量的情况下,轴向气含率呈现底部小于顶部。
The gas content rate of the floatation column would be one of the key parameters affected to the concentrate recovery capacity and the actual separation effect of the floatation column.The paper discussed the aeration quantity and the circulation quantity affected to the average gas content rate and the axial gas content rate of the floatation column.The results showed that under the condition of the same circulation quantity,the average gas content of the floatation column would be increased with the aeration quantity increased.Under the same aeration quantity,the average gas content of the floatation column would be reduced with the circulation quantity increased.Under the low circulation quantity and the low aeration quantity,the axial gas content at the bottom of the column would be higher than the top.Under the high circulation quantity and the high aeration quantity,the axial gas content at the top of the column would be higher than the bottom.
