新疆地处“丝绸之路”枢纽地段，是古代东西方文明荟萃、撞击、交融之地。从古至今，生活在这块广袤大地上的各民族人民以其聪明才智创造出了无比珍贵的非物质文化遗产，为中华传统艺术及世界文化增添了不可取代的异彩。本文通过对新疆各民族传统舞蹈的论述，阐明传统舞蹈是非物质文化遗产中不可缺少的重要内容，同时也强调了抢救与保护非物质文化遗产是一项任重而道远的文化工程，以期引起更多的人对抢救、保护、研究传统舞蹈的关注。

Xinjiang lies in an important area of the Silk Road, it is an important interactive place for ancient Eastern and Western civilizations. Form ancient times to the present, people living in this vast land had created valuable intangible cultural heritage by their intelligence and wisdom, which added extraordinary splendor to traditional Chinese art and world culture. The purpose of this article is to clarify the importance of traditional dances among intangible cultural heritages by discussing all kinds of people＇s traditional dances of Xinjiang. At the same time, it also emphasizes that, as a culture project, saving and preserving the intangible cultural heritage has a long way to go, we should make more people pay attention to it.
