转变经济发展方式的三个相关问题思考

Thoughts on Three Related Issues about Transforming the Mode of Economic Development

经济增长方式转变是不含价值判断的,而经济发展方式转变则含有强烈的价值判断,因此,前者更适宜新古典主义经济学研究,而后者更符合政治经济学所要研究的内容。从生态文明及科学发展观的根本要求出发,仅提经济发展方式的转变是不够的,应该进一步提出经济发展模式的转变。而从农业文明社会到工业文明社会延续了数千年的传统发展模式要转变到生态文明社会的发展模式上来,有三个最重要的前提条件,即发展观要从以物为本回归到以人为本,幸福观要从异化的物质欲回归到快乐欲本身,技术上既要为人与自然之间的和谐也要为人与人之间的和谐提供支持。

Value judgment is not involved in transforming the mode of economic growth,but it is involved in transforming the mode of economic development.So,the neoclassical economics is suitable for the first one,but political economics is suitable for the latter one.Based on the fundamental requirement of eco-culture and the scientific outlook on development,the transformation of economic development mode is not enough;we should put forward the transformation of economic development pattern.The traditional development pattern should be transformed to the development pattern of eco-cultural society;the outlook on development should be transformed from taking material as the center to taking people as the center;the outlook on happiness should be transformed from pursuing the desire of material to pursuing the desire of happiness itself;and technology should not only provide support for the harmony between people and nature,but also for the harmony among people.
